The short version: this site keeps cookies to a minimum and does not follow you across the web. There is no advertising pixel hidden in the spectrum.

What a cookie is

A cookie is a small text file a website can store in your browser. Some are needed for a page to work; others watch what you do to build a profile. We use the first kind sparingly and the second kind not at all.

What this site sets

The home page and booking form run without tracking cookies. Your browser may store small technical items needed to load the page and remember basic preferences during a visit — that stays on your device and is never sent to us.

Third parties

The only outside resource the page loads is the web font used for headings, served by a font provider. There is no analytics suite and no social or advertising script, so no third party is profiling your visit through us.

Your control

Clear or block cookies from your browser settings whenever you like; the site still loads and the booking form still sends. If we ever add anything that stores more, this page changes first and says so.
