Privacy Policy

This policy explains what WIRED ARENA PC CLUB collects when you use this site or book a gaming station, and what we do with it. We keep it short because we keep the data small.

What we collect

When you book a station through the form on our home page, you give us a name, an email address, a date, a chosen row and a session length. That is the whole list. We ask for nothing you would not tell a member of staff at the desk, and we do not collect payment details through this website — you settle that in person or at checkout.

Why we hold it

We use those details for one purpose: to hold your seat and confirm the booking. Your email lets us reach you if a session needs to move, and the row and hours let us set the right station aside. We do not sell your information, rent it, or hand it to advertisers. We do not build a profile of your play.

How long we keep it

Booking records live only as long as they are useful for running the floor and sorting out any follow-up. Once a booking is well past and no longer needed for our records, it is removed. If you would like your details deleted sooner, ask us and we will take care of it.

Cookies

This site keeps cookies to a minimum. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics pixels here. Your browser may store small technical items needed to load the page and remember basic preferences, and the fonts are served by a font provider. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings without breaking the booking form.

Staying in touch

If you have a question about your data, or want a copy of what a booking recorded, contact us at the desk or by reply to a booking email. We will answer plainly and fix anything that is wrong. This policy may be updated as the club changes; the version on this page is always the current one.

Your rights under data-protection law

This club operates in Argentina, so the personal details you share are handled under the Personal Data Protection Act (Ley N.º 25.326 de Protección de los Datos Personales) and its regulations. You may ask to access the booking details we hold about you, free of charge at reasonable intervals, and to have them updated, corrected or removed. We keep your booking data only as long as it is useful for running the floor. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can contact the Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, AAIP, argentina.gob.ar/aaip), the national data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, speak to the desk or reply to a booking email.
