Terms & Club Rules

These rules keep the floor fair and the rows readable for everyone. Booking a station or walking in as a drop-in means you agree to them. Staff can explain any point in person.

Hours and access

We open at 10:00 Monday to Saturday and 11:00 on Sunday. Weeknights close at midnight, Friday and Saturday run overnight until 06:00, and Sunday winds down at 23:00. Overnight sessions are for booked guests, and quiet-hours apply on the deep rows after 2am so the Violet stations stay calm. Minors may need a guardian present outside standard hours — ask before you plan a late session.

Bookings and rows

You can reserve a specific colour when you book an evening or overnight block; hourly drop-ins take any open station. A reserved station is held for fifteen minutes past your start time, after which it may go to the next guest. Row colour marks location and character only — every row shares the same hardware, and colour never changes the rate. If your chosen row is full at peak times, we will offer the nearest seat with the closest feel.

Care of stations

Treat the gear as shared. Bring your own headset, mouse, keyboard or controller and plug into the front ports, but do not install software on our machines or change system settings. Food and drinks stay away from the desks; refills belong on the trays we provide. Report a fault instead of trying to fix it yourself, and leave the station as you would like to find it.

Conduct on the floor

Keep voice chat and celebrations at a level that respects your neighbours, especially past the glass partitions where the quiet rows begin. Harassment, slurs and interfering with someone else's session are not tolerated and can end your visit without refund. Follow staff instructions during busy stretches; they balance the floor so everyone gets a fair seat.

Scores, not stakes

Ladders and match nights here are about points, time and skill. Any prizes at club events are trophies or gear, awarded for performance — for the love of the game.
